Return Policy

We will accept returns within 5 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase, minus the return shipping costs. If the order was sent with free shipping, the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of assembled, used or modified items. If you have any additional questions regarding our return policy, please contact us and a representative will respond promptly.

Payment

Silly Shopper accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay or PayPal at checkout. Orders will not be submitted or received until checkout and payment is complete. If you are experiencing any issues during checking, or at any point during your transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us and a representative will be happy to assist you.

Shipping & Handling

We offer $12.95 flat-rate shipping. All orders will ship within 1-2 business days from the time the order was received. All packages will be sent via USPS or UPS. When your package has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification with your tracking information. We try to get our orders out within 24 hours and pride ourselves on expediting all orders, so they get to you as quickly as possible!

Sending a Gift

If you’re purchasing an item as a gift and would like to include gift wrapping and a hand-written gift message, you can specify this during checkout. If you are shipping this item directly to the recipient, you can do so by specifying separate shipping and billing addresses during checkout. Order Acceptance

Silly Shopper reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer.

Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Silly Shopper reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted). In the event of an erroneous listing we will refund your money as soon as possible.
